KELLY SPINNER (KS) is designed and manufactured under Varco 6600 (Pneumatic Kelly Spinner) and 6800 (Hydraulic Kelly Spinner) designs, which is used for rotating drill pipe slowly, for limited rathole and mousehole drilling, and for making fast Kelly connections. This unit is completely reversible, the driller can spin out, as well as spin in, and when making connections, therefore, spinning chains are not required any more.

Air Safety Spinning Wrench (SSW) is designed and manufactured under Varco SSW-10 and SSW-40. Spinning Wrench is a pneumatically powered tool for spinning drill pipe from 3 1/2'' to 5 1/2'' OD. Using the proven principal of frictional drive contact, the spinning wrench can spin drill pipe in or out quickly and efficiently without damage to expensive drill pipe and without the hazards of the dangerous spinning chain. The Spinning Wrench conforms to API Spec. 7K.
