Workover rigs are designed and manufactured in accordance with standards of API Spec Q1, 4F, 7K, 8C and relevant standards of RP500, GB3826.1, GB3826.2, GB7258, SY5202 as well as “3C” compulsory standard.

The rotary table conforms to API Spec.7K and industry standard of SY/T5531.

The motors are made as per GE designs for drilling rigs operation with two series. One is the DC motor with separate excitation and series ex­citation; the other is the asynchronous (AC) motor with frequency control of motor speed. Its rated power can be from 220KW to 900KW.

Structure: made in inner rubber layer, carbon fiber reinforcement layer, mid rubber layer, steel line reinforcement layer (steel catenarian reinforcement layer) and carbon fiber outer rubber layer.

High-pressure Union is forged with high-strength alloy steel, strict heat treatment process, which can ensure the nipple have uniform metallurgical structure and pressing ability. The product adopts some end connections of pipeline thread, tubing thread, butt-weld and compress-seal. The material meets ASTM and AISI Standard and the technology parameters conform to API Spec 6A.
