DC Drive
1) DC Drive Drilling Rig The drawworks, rotary table and mud pump are driven by DC motors, and the rig can be used in deep well and ultra deep well operation onshore or offshore. Technical Features: l The basic parameters of drilling rig are consistent with national standards of GB/T23505 “Petroleum Drilling Rig and Workover Rig”. l DC drive drilling rigs adopt international advanced AC-SCR-DC power system. The drawworks, rotary table and mud pump can be stepless speed regulating so that the drilling rig can acquire good drilling performance. l The drilling rigs adopt parallelogram integral rising substructure to achieve installation of drill floor equipment and mast at low position. The substructure is raised by drawworks. l The main brake adopts hydraulic disc brake which is very flexible with enough brake torque. The auxiliary brake is equipped with air cooled or water cooled electromagnetic eddy current brake. And it also can be pneumatic controlled disc brake as per requirements. Drawworks are equipped with disc brake automatic driller device. l The rotary table adopts independent drive structure and it’s chain box has two shifts. The chain box is under drill floor so that the operating space of drill floor can be large. l The drilling rig is equipped with independent driller’s control room. The gas, electric and hydraulic control, drilling parameters and instrument displays can be arranged unitedly so that it can achieve logic control, monitoring and protection through PLC during the whole drilling. In the mean time, it can also achieve saving, printing and teletransmission of the data. Driller can accomplish all operations in the room which can improve the working environment and decrease the labour intensity of drillers. l The manufacture of main components accords with relevant API specifications and the components are stamped with API mark. l It can be equipped with top drive device. l It can be equipped with overall moving slide rail or stepping device to meet the requirements for movement between well locations as cluster drilling is conducted. AC VF Drive
2) AC VF Drive Drilling Rig The advantages of AC variable frequency control technology are that the AC motor has no reverser so it’s not easy to generate electrical sparkle in operation, and it can bear all the load in zero RPM conditions and realize regenerative braking thus greatly simplifying the mechanical transmission structure and providing drawworks with full dynamic braking. With high control accuracy and nice compatibility, the AC variable frequency control technology is easy to achieve the automatic, intelligent and networked control. Moreover, the application of automatic drilling technology greatly improves the drilling efficiency and well bore quality. Technical Features: l AC variable frequency drive drilling rigs adopt VFD drive and digital control technology which can simplify the drawworks structure and improve the drilling rig performance. l The broadband high-power variable frequency motor adopted by drilling rig can completely achieve whole course stepless speed regulating of drawworks, rotary table and mud pump. l Drawworks are gear drive and single shaft with two gear stepless speed regulating, simple structure and reliable performance.
