1) Mechanical Drive Drawworks

Technical Features:

l Drawworks positive gears all adopt roller chain transmission and negative ones adopt gear transmission.

l Driving chains with high accuracy and high strength are forced lubricated.

l The drum body is grooved. The low-speed and high-speed ends of drum are equipped with ventilating air tube clutch.

l The main brake adopts belt brake or hydraulic disc brake, while the auxiliary brake adopts configured electromagnetic eddy current brake(water or air cooled).

2) DC Drive Drawworks

Technical Features:

l Bearings all adopt roller ones and shafts are made of premium alloy steel.

l Driving chains with high accuracy and high strength are forced lubricated.

l The main brake adopts hydraulic disc brake, and the brake disc is water or air cooled.

l The auxiliary brake adopts electromagnetic eddy current brake(water or air cooled) or pneumatic push disc brake.

3) AC Variable Frequency Drive Drawworks

Technical Features :

l The main components of drawworks are AC variable frequency motor, gear reducer, hydraulic disc brake, winch frame, drum shaft assembly and automatic driller etc, with high gear transmission efficiency.

l The gear is thin oil lubricated.

l Drawwork is of single drum shaft structure and the drum is grooved. Compared with similar drawworks, it is of many merits, such as simple structure, small volume and light weight.

l It’s AC variable frequency motor drive and stepless speed regulation in whole course, with high power and wide speed adjustable range.

l The main brake adopts hydraulic disc brake, and the brake disc is water or air cooled.

l The auxiliary brake is of motor dynamic braking.

l Equipped with independent motor automatic drilling system.
