YM hydraulic cathead is suitable to tighten or loosen joint by cooperating with Manual Tong. Its pull may be adjusted as needed. YM cathead has its series. There are four selections of pull: 5t, 8t, 10t, 16t. It is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 8A “Specification for Drilling and Production Hoisting Equipment”.

A combination of the proven Hydraulic spinning wrench and the hydraulic torque wrench, it provides fast, accurate stabbing and quick, controlled spin up. Pipe can be torqued to precise, consistent values without creating bending stresses in the drilling string. That alone can save you a lot of tool joints and drill pipe. KELLY SPINNER (KS) is designed and manufactured under Varco 6600 (Pneumatic Kelly Spinner) and 6800 (Hydraulic Kelly Spinner) designs, which is used for rotating drill pipe slowly, for limited rathole and mousehole drilling, and for making fast Kelly connections. This unit is completely reversible, the driller can spin out, as well as spin in, and when making connections, therefore, spinning chains are not required any more.

Air Safety Spinning Wrench (SSW) is designed and manufactured under Varco SSW-10 and SSW-40. Spinning Wrench is a pneumatically powered tool for spinning drill pipe from 3 1/2'' to 5 1/2'' OD. Using the proven principal of frictional drive contact, the spinning wrench can spin drill pipe in or out quickly and efficiently without damage to expensive drill pipe and without the hazards of the dangerous spinning chain. The Spinning Wrench conforms to API Spec. 7K.

TS-50 is designed for 50 ton load capacity to handle 1.315 inch thru 3 1/2 inch OD tubing while TS-100 is designed for 100 ton load capacity to handle 2 3/8 inch thru 3 1/2 inch OD Tubing.

The insert bowl is made of alloy steel. It can be inserted into master bushings, casing bushings to handle different size of drill pipes, casings and drill collars.
