① ESP Cable

ESP cable is divided into round cable and flat cable. The cable consists of conductor, insulating layer, jacket and cable armor. According to the different requirements of power and different condition of oil well, there are different specifications of cable. There are 90℃, 120℃, 150℃, 180℃, 204℃, 232℃ and 250℃ according to temperature rating; there are 3kV and 6kV according to voltage rating. To prevent it from being damaged, we usually use galvanized steel armor, stainless steel armor or monel armor for corrosive medium. All of products are produced and tested complying with national standard GB/ T16750, IEEE or API Recommended Practice.

② Motor Lead Extension (MLE)

 The motor lead extension is used to link the power cable and the motor. There are different temperature grade, for example 120℃, 204℃, 232℃, 250℃. We provide galvanized steel armor, stainless steel armor or monel armor for corrosive medium.

 The MLE pothead is a key part to connect the motor with the power cable. The pothead types include 114, 116, 138, and are compatible with Reda 375, 456, 540, 562 and Centrilift series, etc.

③ ESP Control Panel

The control panel has 8 protection functions. It is capable to save the values of three-phase current and voltage and control voltage when the ESP well shutdown and transmit to computer.
