Surface Drive Progressive Cavity Pump

Product Description
The surface drive progressive cavity pump consists of a surface drive and a downhole progressive cavity pump (PCP). The surface drive transmits power to downhole PCP through the rotating motion of the sucker rod. PCP is a positive displacement pump. The rotor rotates within the stator, thus series of cavities are formed and progress gradually from the suction end to the discharge end. The formation fluids are then forced continuously from downhole to surface. Technical Features l Wide fluid range, applicable for viscous oil wells, sand cut wells or wax bearing wells with viscosity less than 5000mPa.s; l No gas lock, less dissolved gas release due to homogeneous and continuous fluid intake and discharge; no valve, no gas lock design; l High efficiency due to few moving parts, no valves and no complex flow paths, small fluid disturbance and low hydraulic loss, with pump efficiency up to 70%; l Evenly output flow rate, easily adjusted by changing the speed of the surface drive device; l Wide displacement range with daily production rate of 1.59~400 m³/d; l Easy and convenient, low cost, the simple ground equipment is of small volume, light weight and less investment.
