We offers the impellers, stuffing box covers, and wear pads on the 2-1/2 centrifugal pump in hard iron, for increased wear life. On the 3 x 2 x 13 size for the 2-1/2 centrifugal pump, which does not have a wear pad, even the casing is cast out of hard iron. The same holds true for all fluid end wear components on the 1-7/8 and the 1-1/8 pumps.
Anticipating the high expectations of our customers from our champion workhorse, the 2-1/2 centrifugal pump, Forum also offers an option of extra hard iron fluid end components for the most demanding of applications which necessitate the longest possible wear life.
