XBSY SB Series Sand Pump

SB series sand pump is a newly developed matching pump according to the characteristics of oil and gas drilling equipment. It adopts an axial suction structure, and the flow passage parts are wear-resistant cast iron. It is suitable for conveying corrosive drilling fluid with suspended particles or other similar working conditions. Liquid medium is the best matching pump for desander, desilter and mixing funnel, and it is also an ideal filling pump for mud pump. Its parameter design fully considers that the matching equipment can work under the best working conditions. The versatility and interchangeability of parts are strong, the shaft seal leaks less, the work is reliable, the service life is long, and the maintenance is convenient.
There are five models of SB series sand pumps: SB6×8, SB5×6, SB4×5, SB3×4 and SB23. Model SB6×8 can be equipped with 45kW, 55kW, and 75kW motors. According to user requirements, there are 6 specifications of forward and reverse pumps. This model has applied for an appearance design patent, patent number ZL 2007 3 0094452.1; 30kW, 37kW, 45kW motors are commonly used in four specifications of reverse pumps. Model SB45 is equipped with 15kW and 22kW motors, and there are two specifications of reverse pumps commonly used. Model SB34 is equipped with 15kW, 11kW, 7.5kW motors, and there are 3 specifications of reverse pump commonly used. Model SB23 is equipped with 11kW, 7.5kW and 5.5kW motors, and there are 3 specifications of reverse pump commonly used. The seals for the first two pump models are common. All appearance and installation dimensions of the reverse rotation pump are basically the same as those of the forward rotation pump.
Sand pump SB6×8 is recommended for use with drilling rigs above 3200m, sand pump SB5×6 is recommended for drilling rigs below 2500m

The seal of SB series sand pump adopts mechanical seal, which has applied for a utility model patent, patent number ZL 2007 2 0079857.2. The main seal of the machine seal is a high wear-resistant hard alloy mechanical seal, which has a long sealing life; the auxiliary seal is a packing seal, which can prevent accidents. Proved by use, SB series sand pump has reliable sealing and easy maintenance.
SB series sand pump shaft seals are lubricated with grease; bearings are lubricated with oil. There are grease nipples on the bearing caps at both ends of the bearings.
Can also be lubricated with butter.
SB series sand pump inlet and outlet flanges adopt two series of standard sizes, metric and inch, according to different domestic and foreign users.
SB series sand pumps have been used on land and offshore drilling platforms in more than 20 countries around the world, and the results show that other than the normal replacement of seals, other maintenance costs are very low.

    The sand pump model code also includes three groups of numbers, which represent the pump outlet diameter, inlet diameter, nominal impeller diameter or matching motor power.
    Note: ①If the rotation code is not specified, the default rotation direction of SB6×8 sand pump is forward rotation; the default rotation direction of SB5×6 and SB4×5 sand pump is
    Invert.
    ②SB3×4 and SB2×3 sand pumps have no rotation code, only one rotation is reverse.
    ③If the code of the inlet and outlet flanges is not indicated, the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are metric standard flanges by default.
    ④When the transmission code is not indicated, the pump adopts the direct drive mode by default.
