XQ28/1.8Y Workover Power Tong

XQ28/1.8Y workover power tong is an open type power tong, which is used to make and unload sucker rod joint threads in oil field workover operations.

This power tong has the following features:

⑴ The main tong is driven by a low-speed and high-torque oil motor, and the manual reversing valve is directly matched with the oil motor. The structure is simple, compact and light.

(2) The new hydraulic back tong is matched with the main tong to form a combined tong. By manipulating the manual reversing valve on the main tong, the back tong is automatically synchronously clamped and the sucker rod joint is released synchronously.

⑶ The pliers of the main pliers and the back pliers are the inner surface roller climbing type two-way clamping mechanism, and the reversing clamping only needs to change the direction of the steering knobs on the main pliers and the back pliers.

⑷ Change the tooth blocks of different specifications to clamp the sucker rod joints or oil pipes of the corresponding specifications.

⑸ Two-speed shifting, low-speed punching, high-speed twisting, high work efficiency.
